How long do they stay on for?
There is no exact wear time as this would differ for every person. They will last longer if you make sure to prep your nails properly prior to application, dry your nails properly after washing your hands and avoid using your nails for anything intensive - your nails are a luxury, not a tool! If you use nail adhesive tabs they may last up to 3 days, if you use nail glue they may last up to 3 weeks.
Are they cruelty free?
Yes, of course! All nails are made with cruelty free and vegan products.
What comes with the nails?
All nail sets are sent in a black storage box which includes an instruction card on how to properly prep & apply your nails. A care kit is also included which comes with a mini nail file, a nail cleansing wipe & a cuticle pusher. Adhesives are sold separately.
Are they reusable?
Yes, absolutely! Nail tabs are great if you would like to reuse them often and if you are using nail glue you will just need to file away the excess glue before reusing.

Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Due to a high volume of orders your order will take 14-28 working days to be processed before they are shipped out. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. This time may vary depending on how many nail sets are purchased in each order. This time frame is for all orders, but should be quicker for sizing kits & adhesives on their own.
If you need your nails posted urgently please add on the RUSH FEE and these will be posted within 2 working days. Please note the rush fee will not affect the shipping time, it just guarantees that the nails will be posted within 2 working days.
For UK orders we ship through Royal Mail using a Tracked 48hr service for most orders apart from Sizing Kits & Adhesives which are sent 1st class.
For international orders we ship through Royal Mail International Tracked and can take 10+ days once posted.
Please note that once we have posted your item it is out of our hands and it is the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver it to you on time. We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your order is sent back to me because you didn't collect it from Royal Mail on time then you will be required to pay a re-shipping fee. If the re-shipping fee isn't paid no refunds are given.
Any abusive messages will not be tolerated. If you do choose to send an abusive message you will be banned from ordering from me again.
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
We are able to accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, however after 24 hours all sales are final and you agree the wait time it takes to create your order.
Due to the handmade nature of the products we do not accept any returns or make any exchanges except in the case of products delivered in a defective or damage state. If so please email email@example.com with your order no. and an image of how it arrived.
We are not responsible for any lost packages and will not refund if your package hasn't arrived on time once shipped as it is out of our hands.
What if the nails don't fit?
Due to the handmade nature of my product we are not held responsible if you order the wrong size or the wrong style for your nails. We have sizing kits available and it clearly states that sizing kits are the best and most accurate way to find your nail size, and if the nail shape is right for you. We also have a sizing chart available with instructions on how to measure your nails at home, but as it states this is an average sizing chart and it is always best to purchase a sizing kit.
We do sell replacement nails if you have ordered the wrong size.
